Postdoc of Human-Centered Computing
We are looking for a post-doctoral researcher to contribute to our work on human-computer interaction with fabrication devices and products. The ideal candidate has experience with building and evaluating new physical devices for HCI such as fabrication machines, shape-changing interfaces, or tangible interaction devices.
Why do a PostDoc at University of Copenhagen?
We offer a research environment with much freedom: to a large extent, you shape the research you work on and the ideas you pursue. We are currently five faculty (Pernille Bjørn, Kasper Hornbæk, Daniel Ashbrook, Katarzyna Wac, Joanna Bergström) who individually and together work on human-computer interaction, computer-supported collaborative work, and medical informatics. Our section aspires to be a top research environment that bridges technology, theory, and empirical studies. We regularly publish at CHI, CSCW, TOCHI, JCSCW, UIST, and UbiComp; in 2018 our section published more than 50 papers in top-quality conferences and journals.
