PhD Course in Applied Nonsmooth Analysis and Multilevel Methods
This course will give you a basic working understanding of nonsmooth analysis and multiscale methods, which you will be able to apply nonsmooth numerical methods on your own research problems.
The course provides theory lectures on the elements of nonsmooth analysis and multiscale methods, supported by study group exercises.

The course is open to all interested parties from PhD level and up, even industry people can participate for a modest fee (see below).
If there are available free seats, masters are allowed to follow the course. However, master students should in general not expect to obtain funding of their participation in any other network events.
If masters comply with the ECTS rules for the course they will get a certificate of participation from the eScience Research School.
