For students

Mark your calendar on 23 May 2019, where you can meet a large number of companies and organisations working with IT and software development. Who knows, maybe you will find your future employer at the next  IT Career Fair?

Whom can I meet?

On the right side of this page you can see the participating companies - the list is still being updated so watch for new entries. There are both national as well as international firms and public organisations - ranging from small startups to global tech giants. Areas of employment can be within Fintech, Transportation, Public IT systems, teaching platforms, business intelligence, data science and data management, 3D scanning, game development and much more.

What do I get out of participating?

Gain insight into the variety of career paths you can follow and what the companies are looking for. Get into contact with those companies that interest you most and find out what competencies and qualifications they demand from you. The career fair can be your entrance to your first real job as a post graduate, to a relevant study job, a project in practice or a collaboration project with a company.

Actvities during the day

  • 1 Minute of Madness
Get a quick introduction to each of the companies. They have excactly one minute and one slide to pitch their offerings to you students. This gives you an overview and enables you to prioritize whom to visit in the exhibition area.
  • Presentations at the stands After One minute of Madness you can make a tour round the stands - attend decentral presentations or sign up for a personal talk with selected companies.

You can also have your portrait taken so you can show off your best side. If you wish to, we will collect CVs to send to the companies after the fair so they can follow up on potential career oppotunities. Bring your current CV - preferably both a printed and digital version - and you will be guided to make you CV shine.
