Danish Championship in Programming 2020

Please note the event is now a virtual event due to new COVID-19 restrictions

The Danish Championship in Programming is a competition where your coding skills are tested, and where you have the opportunity to compete against other students around the country. If you have a code under your finger nails and are ready to be challenged, then you have the chance now! The Danish Championship in Programming is held by Netcompany and Jobindex on 7 November 2020 at the Department of Computer Science at the University of Copenhagen (DIKU), Aarhus University (AU) and the IT University (ITU).

As with much else in 2020, there will be some changes to the traditional championship setup, due to COVID-19. The event was planned a hybrid event with the option to both compete on-site or from home. However, due to the latest change in restrictions, everyone will now be participating online.

Opportunity to go further

In addition to winning the great title as Danish Champions in Programming as a winning team, you also qualify for the North-West European competition, North Western European Regional Contest (NWERC). The winners of the Danish Championship in Programming are therefore rewarded with a gift card of DKK 10,000, which gives the opportunity to participate in this year's NWERC.

It is necessary that you are registered with NCPC (Nordic Collegiate Programming Contest) in order to participate in the Danish Championships in Programming.
When participating online, you as a team do not have to sit together - you can sit in each of your homes.
