DIKU Alumni Day 2020

DIKU Alumni Day

DIKU Alumni Day is attended by DIKU alumni (former and present students and staff) as well as members of DIKU Business Club for an afternoon of inspiration.

This year, the Corona pandemic has stolen the agenda, so we present an alumni day with a focus on computer science research in a COVID-19 affected year. As always, we start with the general assembly for members of DIKU Alumni.

Due to the current situation, we have been forced to convert the day into a webinar. We start at 4 pm as originally planned with the general assembly. If you only want to listen to the research talks, you can join in at 4.30 pm.

Please register here for the webinar

From 16.00 - 16.30, the ordinary general assembly in DIKU Alumni Association will take place. Everyone who has a relation to DIKU can become a member - read more on the website for DIKU Alumni Association (only in Danish).

After the general assembly, we will continue to the festive program for the annual DIKU Alumni Day (talks are in English).

We present an exciting lineup of DIKU professors who suddenly had to focus on Corona related projects. Furthermore, we proudly present guest speakers from the telecom company Nuuday (previously TDC) who will talk about some of their real-life work using teledata.
