DIKU Alumni Day 2020

DIKU Alumni Day

DIKU Alumni Day should have been held on 24 September but has been moved due to Corona restrictions.

At DIKU Alumni Day you will meet DIKU alumni, students and staff as well as members of DIKU Business Club for an afternoon of inspiration, networking, food and drinks.

This year, the Corona pandemic has naturally stolen the agenda, so we present an alumni day with a focus on computer science research in a COVID-19 affected year. As always, we start with the general assembly for members of DIKU Alumni.

Join us for a great day of talks and networking. It is free to participate, but registration is required here. Registration deadline is 19 November. There are a limited number of seats available due to Corona restrictions but we will stream the event if we can't fit everybody in.

Program

From 16.00 - 16.30, the ordinary general assembly in DIKU Alumni Association will take place. Everyone who has a relation to DIKU can become a member - read more on the website for DIKU Alumni Association (only in Danish).

After the general assembly, we will continue to the festive program for the annual DIKU Alumni Day (talks are in English).

We present an exciting lineup of DIKU professors who suddenly had to focus on Corona related projects. Furthermore, we proudly present guest speakers from the telecom company Nuuday (aka TDC) who will talk about some of their real life work using teledata.
