Movement in Virtual Reality encompasses how we travel through virtual worlds, interact with virtual objects, and learn new skills that may not be possible in real life. In Virtual Reality, it is both difficult to mimic real life and possible to create completely magical interactions. A compromise can be found where magical elements are perceived as natural. This enables user to feel present in the virtual world and base their behaviour on an impossible space. My work investigates Travel, VR sickness, and Movement in the context of impossible or conflicting virtual spaces. For example, walking at 100 kilometers per hour, navigating self-overlapping spaces, or dancing in the comfort of your bed.
