Digital Tech Summit 2021

Join us when the universities of Denmark host the Digital Tech Summit in Øksnehallen. It will be Denmark's unifying showcase for digital technologies and a meeting place for strong research environments, technology-leading companies and start-ups.

With Digital Tech Summit, we want to create the Nordic region's leading research-based technology fair, where companies and researchers can meet and be inspired. The fair will help to ensure that Denmark's strong research position within digital technologies creates business for the country's leading companies, for growth in small and medium-sized companies and unicorns, and promotes innovation and startup activities in society.

Who can you meet?

When Digital Tech Summit 2021 opens its doors, it is the country's top researchers, technology-leading companies and most innovative start-ups that offer a technology buffet at the Michelin level.

The conference's keynote speaker is Margrethe Vestager, Vice-President of the European Commission, who will share her visions for strong European digital leadership through targeted research and technology initiatives, with a particular focus on how we develop and apply artificial intelligence.

Another major name is top researcher Serge Belongie, professor and research leader at the renowned Cornell University in New York. As a future professor at the Department of Computer Science and director of the upcoming AI Pioneer Center, Serge Belongie will present the audience to some of the latest research areas that will be able to strengthen society in the coming years.

At the fair, around 5,000 visitors can meet 90 exhibiting companies, including Maersk, AMBU, Develco and 3Shape, who showcase their latest technological solutions and invite job candidates. Brand new business ideas are presented at the fair's start-up area.
