    PhD fellow in probabilistic programming and protein structure prediction

    DIKU is offering a PhD scholarship in probabilistic programming and protein structure prediction commencing 1 November 2018 or as soon as possible thereafter. The project entails using cutting-edge machine learning methods, including probabilistic programming, to the problem of protein structure prediction. The project is part of a collaborative project between University of Oxford, the University of Leeds, Brandeis University and KU’s Department of Mathematics, funded by the Independent Research Fund Denmark.
