IT Career Day at the University of Copenhagen is a unique opportunity for your company to meet talented undergraduate and graduate students from computer science and other IT-related programmes at the University of Copenhagen. Have a conversation with the next generation of IT professionals and discover how they can become a part of your company.
We make sure you get:
- Catering throughout the day: coffee, lunch, and water
- Power supply, power strips, and extension cords available at each booth (please let us know in advance if you have any special requirements)
- Two high tables per booth (you may opt out of one table if it is not needed)
- Booth size: 4–6 m²
- WiFi
- Opportunities for increased visibility and branding of your company in connection with participation in IT Career Day
- Set up your booth between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM on the event day.
- Dismantle your booth between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM on the event day.
- Bring any materials you need for your booth beyond the high tables, for example:
- Branding materials such as roll-ups, flyers, job postings, etc.
- Technical equipment such as computers, screens, etc.
- Have at least two people (but preferably more) available to staff your booth.
Booths are arranged for optimal flow throughout the exhibition area.
Please note that there will be photography and filming on the day. The material will be used to promote the IT Career Day on the University of Copenhagen and the Department of Computer Science's websites and official social media, in material printed by UCPH and to advertise future IT Career Days on the Department of Computer Science's website and official social media. In the registration form, you have the option to indicate that your booth may not be included in this.
