HCC Open House

Man using VR

The Human-Centred Computing section (HCC) at Copenhagen University invites you to an Open House event which will be held Wednesday 25 October. You can drop by anytime between 14:00 and 17:00.

Once a year, we open the doors to Sigurdsgade 41, where you can have a look into the world of human-computer interaction. You will be able to speak to researchers from different areas of the field such as Design, Haptics, Virtual/Augmented Reality, 3D Printing & Fabrication, Society & Technology, Healthcare, and Computer-Supported Cooperative Work. Throughout the day, you will be able to try out virtual reality projects, haptics devices, laser cutting, create a badge for you to bring home, learn about designing the technologies of the future, and much more.

You can also hear about our courses, both bachelor courses: Interaction Design (BSc) and Virtual Reality (BSc) as well as master courses: Advanced Topics in Human-Centred Computing (MSc), Designing Collaborative Technologies (MSc), Mobile Computing (MSc), Societal Consequences of Information Technology (MSc), User Interface Technology (MSc) and Visualisation (MSc). This is also a great opportunity to discuss possible thesis projects at the section.

We will serve drinks, snacks, and great company! So grab a friend and join in on the fun!
