About the conference

The goal of the conference is to bring researchers together from across disciplines to discuss the role that quantum computers can play within the natural sciences, especially quantum simulation and quantum chemistry, as well as the associated challenges.

The focus points of the conference are

  • Quantum Algorithms for Natural Science,
  • Techniques for Running on Hardware,
  • Building Quantum Hardware,

with one day dedicated to each topic. By covering the whole stack, from the low-level hardware to the high-level algorithms, the conference hopes to foster interdisciplinary discussion and collaboration.

The conference is structured to allow ample room for discussion and interaction. In addition, a poster session will be organized, allowing junior and senior researchers to present their work and gain new inspiration and/or foster new collaborations.

The conference provides lunch, coffee and refreshments for all participants during the day.
