Title

From moving bodies to growing worlds

Abstract

What do growing plants, functioning organs, and moving humans have in common? In the real world, their “shape” changes: they bend, grow, deform, adapt, and interact. In my research, I study how geometry and learning can model such evolving 3D shapes. This talk introduces modern applied geometry for dynamic shape complexes, showing how geometry describes what changes, what remains intrinsic, and how interactions can influence deformation.
