DIKU Alumni Association
In the DIKU Alumni Association, you can find academic inspiration, strengthen your network, and reconnect with former fellow students. The association is open to everyone who has studied computer science at UCPH and graduated with at least a bachelor's degree. Established in 2018, it is managed by an elected board in collaboration with the department's staff.
The DIKU Alumni Association serves as a platform for alumni to stay informed about networking events, such as the annual DIKU Alumni Day. The event features lectures on research, business cases, debates, or entertaining features like the DIKU Revue.
To become a member of the DIKU Alumni Association, you must either:
- Have a degree in Computer Science or have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Science and IT, Communication and IT, Health Informatics, IT and Cognition or Bioinformatics at UCPH (or in eScience, which is closed today)
- Study Computer Science, Data Science, Science and IT, Communication and IT, Health Informatics, IT and Cognition or Bioinformatics at UCPH
- Be a former student from one of the degree programmes offered by the Department of Computer Science: Computer Science, Data Science, Science and IT or Communication and IT. Health Technology are also welcome in DIKU Alumni
When you join DIKU Alumni Association, you automatically become part of the University of Copenhagen's central alumni network.
